I have been practicing law in Michigan for 33 years, with a concentration in real estate transactions and litigation. I am "AV” rated and have extensive experience in zoning and land development and use, residential and commercial construction, condominiums, historic preservation law, boundary and other title disputes, water rights, commercial and residential landlord-tenant law, mortgages, land contracts and other transaction documents.
I received my law degree from Boston University School of Law, after completing my undergraduate work at the University of Michigan. I am the owner of Taubman Law, PLLC in Bingham Farms and I am of counsel to Payne, Broder & Fossee, P.C.
I am a member of the Master Lawyers and Real Property Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan. I serve on the Zoning and Land Use Committee of the Real Property Law Section.
