Condominiums have become one of the principal forms of real estate development in Michigan. I have been heavily involved in condominium work for decades.

  • Representing condominium associations to assist them in the multitude of issues they face in operating their communities

I am active in the Community Associations Institute - the leading group of condominium boards, management companies and vendors. This helps me to keep current with the latest ideas and trends in this dynamic area.

The problems we have experienced in real estate generally have also impacted condominium associations. Procedures for collecting overdue assessments which were standard operating procedures only five years ago are no longer suitable or wise now. I have been counseling associations on new and creative methods to collect funds which are owed to the association and to help maintain market value. I would be happy to meet with any board representatives or management companies who would like to discuss how I can help them with challenges they are experiencing.
